The knowledge and skills – or know-how – of a company can meet the current needs of the environment, namely the market and customers. However, a company cannot ensure the continuity of its competitive advantage in the market by keeping its accumulated knowledge locked away.  ecause, as Norbert Wiener, considered the father of cybernetics, said in 1954 [1], “Information is more of a process than storage.”  The secret to surviving economically or commercially lies in continuously renewing and improving existing knowledge, skills, and abilities in parallel with changing market and customer conditions.<\/p>

As a company, you cannot keep the information about the product or service you have developed secret until the end. Even if you make your employees sign NDA’s or obtain international patents for know-how, your knowledge heritage will eventually fall into the hands of your current or potential competitors. It is known that many aspiring entrepreneurs in Turkey start their businesses by copying products developed with great effort by other companies and by acquiring technical and commercial information belonging to those organizations.

The founder of toptechnics<\/strong>did not receive any assistance from anyone related to the company’s field of activity and did not start his business by copying any products of the companies he previously worked for toptechnics<\/strong> has never used tthe technical and commercial secrets of any competing companies for the products and solutions it designed and produced. On the contrary, toptechnics<\/strong> is the first company in the Turkish market to introduce original solutions that minimize quality and energy losses in specific manufacturing stages, especially in the automotive and white goods industries Being a pioneer in the market is not an easy stage to achieve. The leadership achieved by toptechnics<\/strong>is attributed to the engineering education received by its founder, the foreign languages he is proficient in, his professional experiences gained from working in domestic and foreign companies, and his intuition for lean production.<\/p>\n

If you have a creative essence and believe that knowledge only grows when it is shared and improved upon, there is no need to worry about the proliferation of imitators and copycats. toptechnics<\/strong>has experienced this often in the past. Since 2016, some of toptechnics’<\/strong> workers and subcontracting suppliers have entered into competition by using technical and commercial information they obtained from our company to imitate the products introduced to the market by toptechnics.<\/strong> What’s even more interesting is that while remaining a partner in the company, toptechnics<\/strong>‘ small partner,  secretly established a separate company and became a competitor by using toptechnics<\/strong>‘ labor, energy and material assets.<\/p>\n
